Michi

Michi, also known as Michelle Roy Mitchell, has been playing music since the age of four. Music is her hobby, her joy, and what she calls her “brain therapy.”

A survivor of a subarachnoid hemorrhage, Michi retired from many successful years in the insurance industry and now shares music as a solo performer, duo performer, and through special projects with a band of peers.

Her solo performances often include guitar, ukulele, and backing tracks that allow her to bring in additional instrumentation while keeping the performance flexible and personal.

The name “The Music Company” gives her the flexibility to provide multiple performance options, though many know her simply as Michelle Roy Mitchell or Michi.
